They're just too cool and fun.
tara lynn: Yes! The "first" punk rock band!! I have to laugh when I think of how their sets sped up more and more until concerts lasted just 70 minutes. Joey, Johnny and Dee Dee sadly passed after the band broke up.
I love the Ramones!
I've been rocking out tonight. The blog I just came from has Wild Cherry's "Play That Funky Music" posted from YouTube. Good stuff!

I've heard of them for a long time,but never really got into them that much.
I'm definately an old school classic rocker though.Does that count?
AC/DC,Led Z,Steve Miller,Foghat,Boston,Nazareth....I could go on and on....but somehow I missed the Ramones craze.

D-Man: Oh, man they were so fun. I was in junior high school when they were just getting recognized. Their You Tubes are cool! So many favorites, "Sheena is a Punk Rocker", "Rock N' Roll High School" and "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend". :D)
tammi: Well, Walker is the "Howard Stern of Blogging". We're quite different, but that's what makes for a fascinating experience in life. Having a dialogue with people of differing backgrounds and approaches.
