WISHING YOU A GOOD SUNDAY MORNING!

There are two stories here actually. One is about the program you see above, and the other is about my own story involving "Sunday Morning"--all good, by the way. But that is for another time. Good folks in New York who continue a long tradition. I hope your Sunday Morning is getting off to a good start.

Have a nice week!

"Good Morning, Good Morning To You!" That is the first line of a great song by an obscure local band known as Terry Mike Jeffrey. I had a HOT (red, was there any other color?)Firebird when I began teaching sooooo many years ago. Each morning that song was my mantra on the drive to school. I always had a great day because it got off to such a rockin' start. Happy Teachers = Happy Kids & I Heart Happy Kids!
Sorry, I got sidetracked.
Have a great week yourself!
Have a great week Michael!
3 Magpies: I can think of no more Honorable profession than being a really Great Teacher and you have my Respect! I was blessed with Great teachers and later Professors in college. :) Oh, the Pontiac Firebird is one car that is reasonably attainable for a restoration project if you are up to it. Rock Guitarist Jeff Beck restores Hot Rods when he isn't touring. And I love automobiles. That's how I know. Ciao for now!
Seamus: THANK YOU!...AND TO YOU AS WELL, MY FRIEND!! :)
I spent my Sunday morning at the gym, but have undone all the good I achieved by over indulging in some chocolate brownies I made.
Perhaps the best news show on all tv. I love its style and approach as well as eclectic topics.
I owned a Volvo once. Also very expensive parts. I would LOVE a Honda! But, alas, since Daughter does most of our errands and shopping, I have loaned her the money to buy a Grand Am until her part of the settlement comes through. Hes, I would love a Honda or Toyota. Great resale, great on gas and I need a place to put my "RUTRO" plates back on. Have a fantastic week!!
Ellee: Ouch! These days, I'm 4-5 nights a week in the Wellness Program that involves biking 9 miles per night very fast! :)
p m: They DO a great job. Their department is surprisingly very small in NYC.
Cosmic: ALL BEST! :)
Hi Michael, I don't know if your American readers can help with this post? Did they see The Beatles live, or know anyone who did?

My Sunday morning was a-ok and my Monday morning was even ok (rare)!
mmm. i love sunday mornings, especially in bed with a cup of fresh, hot coffee, watching cbs sunday morning or a good movie. lazzzy!
my favorite news show!!
have a great week Michael
I wish I had had a good Sunday, seeing as how it was my birthday. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a bad day. Nothing a nice drive in the D couldn't fix though.
Ellee: Forgive the tardiness of my reply. I will look into this for you. My oldest brother managed to see The Boys live at Crosley Field in Cincinnati a short time after I was born. He said the screaming was so loud that the ballpark audience drown out the P.A. system and the band was barely audible. It was a near riot. This, of course, led George to withdraw from touring in ball parks for the sake of spectacle and not to hear their music in 1966. lol!
Happy Tuesday, Dari! I'm playing catch-up with a jam-packed schedule here! :)
Morning, Patti! That sounds like a winner to me!! Looking forward to catching up with you about your trip! :)
Seraphine: Not if you're staying at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Then it's Lazy-Chic! :D)
Dianne: lol! They really do a fine job. If Charles ever decides to leave, I hope they continue the program. It is the last of a dying breed. Something interesting for everyone and I like that idea!:)
Martini: A Belated Happy Birthday to you! I was sorry to hear about the bad day, but wish I could have stopped by for a drive in the DMC-12. I followed one on the highway one night last week and it was really a striking automobile. I only wish John was not stymied and had better luck in developing the car along further. I believe he would have made improvements in the months ahead. God Bless him! His biography leaves no doubt but as to his innocence and this was borne out by the court verdict that he was targeted. A brilliant man who survived a lot and took full responsibility for his younger days and turned it all around before his untimely death. But for you, my friend, drive on and celebrate! MARTINI ROCKS!
