BLOGLAND VISITS...
My Blogger ExpressGood Morning! As you can see, I am out and about visiting your Blog sites and getting caught up. Thirteen of the sites I visited were boarded up when I reached the porch, and I was sorry to see some of our friends leave. But I've added a few new friends and look forward to gradually adding more along the way. Visiting in Blogland has never lost it's sense of fun for me. Many of us are everyday visitors, while others are good friends who stop by weekly or monthly. But we are there for one another, and I cherish your friendships. I'll try not to knock too early. It does seem quite a few of my own blogroll have boarded up their windows also, I guess in favor of Facebooking or Twittering altogether. I have a Facebook page now also but don't get much out of it. I prefer the blog still. It allows for more expression and real communication in proper language form. Call me "old school," lol!
That's a good idea to get a tour bus on the blogs. I think mine need updating, as many have boarded up as well.

Carolyn: I don't think of us as "Old School". Facebook is just time-consuming and with duplication of what I do here. This is my choice of media and of course, we swung by your site last night. Unlike Jewel Kilcher, my driver didn't fall asleep at the wheel either, so that was a relief.
Captain: 13 have riden horses off into the sunset. I keep hearing the old Star Trek Television series music they used at the end of the show to run over the redits as I write this! :D))!!!

I was realizing today how many people that I read simply aren't posting anymore or reading that much. FB has really cannabalized a lot of the blogosphere. It's kind of sad b/c I feel like I've "lost" some friends.
